How to Give
Oma Vordenbaum Legacy Society
Donors who include the Alamo Heights School Foundation in a will, trust, or other legacy gifts will be included in our Oma Vordenbaum Legacy Society.
Oma Vordenbaum’s generosity was instrumental in the establishment of the Alamo Heights School Foundation in 1971. Mrs. Vordenbaum served as an English teacher at Alamo Heights High School for 27 years and loved the students of Alamo Heights. She left the entirety of her estate to support the education of Alamo Heights students. Her legacy continues to impact students today, and the Foundation is honored to facilitate her dedication to the students of Alamo Heights.
The Alamo Heights School Foundation thanks Oma A. Vordenbaum and the following visionary donors whose legacy gifts continue to impact Alamo Heights students’ lives today:
- Louise Simmons Branson
- Patricia L. Hartman
- Robert J. Meador
- Jacqueline Ramsdell
- Paul H. Smith ‘73
- Oma A. Vordenbaum
